This is Dress Code a Vanessa Perrin dressed doll from The New Close-Ups Collection in 2011. She has been removed from the box to look at, but I have carefully repacked her in her original box. Her accessories are all there. Her earrings and bracelet are on the doll. There is a small tear in the paper wrapping as seen in the photos.
